Draft Federal Fiscal Years (FFYs) 2016 – 2020 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Amendment 4, MPO Staff, presentation and discussion of a proposed TIP amendment to reprogram the funds for the Phase 2 extension of the Green Line (from College Avenue to Route 16 in Medford); discussion of the required amendment to the Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) to account for the change in a regionally-significant project; vote to circulate for 30-day public comment period, 30 minutes (posted)
